Substitute Full-time Team Leader to Tiger of Sweden NK STHLM MEN
Tiger of Sweden is currently looking for a Team Leader for our store at NK STHLM MEN, the position is a substitute (vikariat) covering 1 year with possibility to extension. Your responsibilities and tasks as a Team Leader are;
Exceed sales and profit targets
- Drive and develop initiatives to optimize performance partnering with retail- and business partners and store team
- Take responsibility for the economic and commercial success of the store including sales turnover, KPI
- Lead and follow up on sales performance develop and implement initiatives to maximize results
- Set weekly, monthly, quarterly business actions with the store manager, and together follow up and take action, report all deviations to the direct manager
- Provide relevant information and opportunities that will increase sales to store manager weekly
Customer experience and service model
- Provide the brand customer service model, continuously implement ideas to improve the customer experience
- Develop the selling skills and product knowledge of the team to be able to increase sales and conversion
- Take owner ship and responsibility to increase the Tiger of Sweden Society Club through educating and coaching the store team to capture customer data
Team leadership and development
- Be an inspirational leader who leads by example. Work actively “on the sales floor” delivering the highest level of customer service
- Lead by example and drive the OMNI channel mindset through everything that you do to create a seamless customer experience
- Take responsibility for ensuring all retail teams understand the Tiger of Sweden vision and strategy
- Inspire the team and set conditions that will create a “team spirit” and culture that encourages sales associates to take ownership and initiative
- Support store manager for the recruitment, on- and offboarding, motivation and coaching/development of all employees
- Be the teams and HQs first point of contact on working weekends & during holiday periods.
- Stay connected with headquarters and the brand by utilizing the different methods of communication, regularly feedback ways to maintain employee engagement
- Take responsibility for your personal development, seek help, advice, and support to reach your personal goals
- Regularly speak with your direct manager to review your personal development and career plan
- Recognize individual and team achievements
