POSITION OVERVIEW

As the Collection Development Intern, you will be vital in supporting all product and raw material development-related activities. The role requires strong organisation and communication skills and the ability to share information clearly and concisely. Reporting to the Head of Product Development, the candidate should be a team player with a positive and proactive attitude.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in all studio tasks related to the design and development process to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the collection development.

• Support in all administrative tasks, as well as organising and building the reference library.

• Create files and assemble data, ensuring information is entered with 100% accuracy throughout the development cycle.

• Assist in preparing spaces, garment rails, boards and presentation documents for meetings.

• Ensure timelines are adhered to in all tasks and activities.

• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, raise courier labels, track parcels and resolve issues that may arise.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Currently studying a degree in clothing manufacturing or textiles.
• Excellent language skills, fluency in English is required.
• Possibility of signing an internship agreement with university and availability to take on a full-time role.

TOOLS & SYSTEMS

• Computer literacy, including excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel &PowerPoint). Knowledge of InDesign and Illustrator are a plus.
