POSITION OVERVIEW
As a PR and Community Coordinator, you will support the development and execution of Tiger of Sweden’s public relations and community engagement activities. In this full-time, on-site role based in Stockholm, you will draft and distribute press materials, coordinate sample requests, and maintain media contact lists and coverage reports. You will help organize PR events, in-store activations, and community initiatives, ensuring consistent brand representation across all touchpoints. The role includes monitoring media and social channels, responding to inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, e-commerce, and retail to align messaging and campaigns. You will also assist with preparing briefing documents, presentations, and performance summaries to support ongoing PR and brand-building efforts.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Cultivate, build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (stylists, influencers, ambassadors) across key markets
Develop and execute creative PR and brand ambassador collaborations across the Nordic market
Maintain the global brand ambassador contact list and online platform together with the Social Media Specialist
Manage the buying budget and selection of key styles for seedings in close collaboration with CMO and Senior PR Manager - CEU
Conduct ambassador reportings on a regular basis. Analyze and review results to identify key insights and improve strategy
Cooperate with the Global Marketing team for more effective coordination and introduction of influencer campaigns on brand channels.
Support the planning and execution of PR events across the Nordic market
Maintain the global Press Portal, ensuring monthly and seasonal updates as needed for press reach outs together with the Brand Producer
Supporting in the planning and implementation of PR projects and events
Organization of the Stockholm PR showroom set up in cooperation with the Sample Coordinator
Support the creation and development of tools, assets and press kits
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years of PR experience, preferably working in a PR role within premium fashion
Strong Public Relations and Media Relations skills, with experience building and maintaining relationships with journalists, influencers, and key partners.
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas confidently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience coordinating events or community initiatives within fashion, lifestyle, or related industries is highly beneficial.
Strong organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with digital and social media platforms, media monitoring tools, and basic analytics to track PR and community performance.
Highly engaged in the fashion industry – culturally aware and up to date with current trends
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Fluency in English; additional language skills, particularly Swedish, are an advantage.
